This is a personal update (not the coherence update which will come tomorrow).
I just wanted to share something with our past graduates which may or may not be of public interest.
I had a “meltdown” in class today, and a real breakthrough.
Today was the day to prove that our new coherence method could heal someone’s eyesight. Instantly. As in no more reading glasses.
This was a personal challenge for me for a number of reasons. Firstly, it’s been a public secret till this moment that I recently bought driving glasses as I was noticing a loss of vision at night (I may not be eating enough carrots!).
Second, whilst I’ve had success with eyesight before (I healed my short sightedness 5 years ago and it’s still 90% better than it was then), I have been a bit stuck lately. On a Level 3 course last year I was unable to help a student clear her short-sightedness. I guess it was her “stuff” (i.e. secondary gain) but I felt bad about it. And so did she, since she even asked for her money back on the course!
The reason I’m sharing this is because I want you to know just how far from perfect I am. Just in case anyone thinks, will all this talk of Mastery, that I’m pretending to be a Master. Well, yes, I am just pretending… J
So there I was in class, daring myself to do an instant eyesight healing. And I couldn’t do it. And I realised, the block isn’t her, it’s me. As I’ve said before, there are no real effective healing therapies, only really effective healing therapists. So there I was, faced with having to admit to the class that the reason they weren’t seeing an instant healing was because I was so “in my stuff,” or “in my ego” about past failures – my own need for glasses and the failure in Europe – that I just couldn’t do it.
Luckily for me, the people in this Melbourne class are AWESOME. Really compassionate and loving people; and they humoured me and allowed me to share my failings. With their support I was able to clear the ego and regain my coherence.
The result: our client, Melissa, had an instant healing. She removed her glasses and read perfectly for the first time in over 5 years.
This was the greatest professional challenge I’ve faced as a healing teacher, and I have no shame in admitting it. It was a profound experience.
But wait there’s more… here’s the best bit: We caught it all on video. I’m going to share it (well a short version of it), showing you how 5 minutes of working on Melissa and about 10 minutes of me having a meltdown and working on myself resulted in an instant healing of her eyesight. I didn’t get to edit it today, but it’s one of the coherence videos I’m sharing this week.
The conclusion: I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – there are no effective modalities, only effective therapists. If you can’t work on yourself, if you aren’t woman or man enough to tell your client that YOU are both the Source and block to their healing, then you shouldn’t be in this business.
The reason that most healers don’t have 20% let alone my 100% success is not because they use the wrong modality or technique, it’s because they haven’t been intimate with themselves.
The secret to my success I think has been to surround myself with people that are more than happy to point out my faults, and make me work on them. Please be wary of healing “gurus” who surrounded by fawning acolytes. They don’t work on their stuff. That’s why the healing teachers I have known have all lost their ability to do miracles after becoming famous. That’s why all my former teacher got so sick.
These are just my thoughts, I had to share them with you.
Stand by for the coherence work, it’s all happening this week.
Blessings
Simon
P.S. I still work glasses driving home tonight, but don’t worry I’ll be working on it this week. I can see my secondary gain now.
Hi Simon,
This is a Good one, I place my bet that this is the MOST beautiful article in your blog so far. I like it so much, even you have put the same idea in another entries.
I have been in spiritual path for 16 years so far, I keep myself learning and learning, but finally, I found i am tired of learning “better technique” that can heal better, instead, I look for consciousness (or in your term: beingness) that heal.
Whenever I face a clients that is difficult to heal, I know it is time to go back to myself, to see what is actually within me. It is hard to admit, but that really sound resonate with me that it is time to face ourselves on our issues.
Interesting is, whenever we shifted ourselves, the clients can shift easily.
Feel so proud of you that you work through this and say it to the public.
I think it is the most important message we all need hear.
Blessing!
Kryon
