Our first round of RPT animations: Introducing the Triune Brain

The triune brain model is a key part of our updated Reference Point Therapy technique. We humans have 3 different brains (literally), and they process ideas and trauma differently. Most healing techniques work on just 1 brain, hence their limitations. Reference Point Therapy works on all parts of your brain. That’s why we are unique in achieving instant healings, and lasting results.

It’s important to me that you, our readers, have a firm grasp on these key concepts. That’s why we are investing in high quality teaching materials. With today’s technology even advanced concepts in neuroscience are easy to teach to you.

So here it is – our first RPT animation: Instant healings using the Triune Brain model by Simon Rose, animated by Doug Aplin from Step Change Marketing. (The guys at Step Change have done an awesome job of advising on the new RPT website structure and marketing plans for RPT teachers.)

[Note: the audio quality will be improved next week. It was just so awesome that I couldn't wait a week to share it with you!]

The triune brain instant healing technique is our new (2010) Level 1 technique, taught on all Reference Point Therapy courses. If this video made sense to you, then I know you will love the content on our courses and DVD sets. Visit our website for details.

Do you like our new approach to creating animated videos (as opposed to just “talking heads”)? What else would you like to see animations of? Leave comments here so we know what to create for you.

The coherence animation is coming tomorrow - so stay tuned!

Blessings

Simon

  1. This is wonderful Simon. Really clear and accessible. Anyone could watch this and get it.
    Thanks x

  2. Super simple. I like it a lot.
Can’t wait to see the coherence animation tomorrow!

  3. Thank you Simon, when put like that, it seems to be clearly simple. Here’s to coherence and the next chapter of oneness/being state?

  4. Great Video. Just watched the Coherence Video on Youtube. Awesome!
    Maybe a animation about beingness?
    Thank you!

wow, excellent idea. I must admit feeling a little intimidated by it… how to animate Beingness?

Hmm.. let me “be” with the idea.

  5. Hi Simon,
brilliance in its simplicity. The metaphor of the puddle of water was great & should be as plain & simple as… a puddle of water,to people who are venturing into “healing”modalities for the first time.
i can’t wait to do these courses(very soon i hope)

    Take care

  6. Simon,
Love the animation and your choice of images to effectively communicate the function of each brain. As one who has experienced different therapies and received piecemeal healing, I especially appreciate how you explain the uniqueness of RPT in bringing all 3 minds into a coherent union that allows instant healing.

I vote for more animation…on any topic.

    Hi Simon!

I love the video – it’s a very clear-cut design, and you’re straight to the point message-wise. I like it. And i got to say I like the new logo too!

But I’m not comfortable with the new theoretical framework yet – I know RPT v.3.0 works, and I’ve been looking at the triune brain model before and deemed it fit to my experience of how the mind-heart-gut-connection works, but.. I’ve been influenced by different ways to look at the body and the mind during this year, so I haven’t really settled yet. Still, I have one question that might help me settle a little: is the triune brain model, as used in RPT, a metaphorical model, or a model that shows how the brain “really” works?

It might seem as if I’m using my “human mind” too much, but I’m would love to create a way to open the norwegian health care system to RPT. Thus, a little questioning is needed. :)

It is metaphorical, just like the level 2 Key Developmental Events (fertilization / segmentation / implantation / etc) are metaphors for key stages in the development of our personality.

The triune brain is a psychological model (read “metaphor”) of the brain, it is not really accepted in neuro-science as a physical model of the brain.

The 12 mind coherence model takes the metaphor further – helping it to fully describe our personality. No one is suggesting that our physical brain has 12 separate parts (but who knows?).

Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like. If you are no comfortable with the theoretical framework then maybe you know something that I don’t yet, or maybe there’s a misunderstanding I can clear up. Either way, please be in communication with me as I’d love to support you opening up the Norweigan health care system!

  8. What a great animation. It really communicates the brain functions. Ws researching some therapy issues and found you. I’m passing this onto a friend of mine who, in
another field, could really use this type of method for communicating ideas.

  9. Hi Simon,

I don’t mind animations, trouble is, I may have trouble picking up what is mentioned in the background. Is there an opportunity for a transcript for people who may have trouble hearing it or following what may been mentioned.

At the moment, I am investigating using a hearing aid device called domino to hear better. See this link, http://www.wom.com.au/product_details.php?id=180.

Once I have enough money, I’ll like to re-do the courses to catch up (especially what may have been changed or updated) and have this device going to support me.

Keep up with the good work.

    Peter.

    hi Peter
I have the full text of the animation (as I had to give it to the animator) so I’ll send you the word document.
The courses are on DVD, does that help with the audio issue?
I look forward to seeing you again.

  11. Hi, The Testimonials is nice~But i am really hoping to hear from the graduates on how actually the course change them in living example, besides just how much they like the course.Such as on how having coherence affect their life? affect their abundance? affect their relationship? and what kind of big issue they have clear? and how do they being differently after the course?maybe we can really see it in your instant healing demonstration~Thanks for all the beautiful work you contribute to the world.

    hi Mary
Yes this is a very valid request. We do get this sort of feedback, though not in a video format. Perhaps some other graduates would like to comment here (I realize this is a very old blog page so not sure who’s reading it though). Do you know anyone who has done the course?
    best wishes
    Simon
