I’d like to take a moment to introduce you to our good fried, Val Moore. Val has been the “boss” of RPT (the one that makes sure things get done) almost since its inception in early 2009. I guess she’s quiet and modest, because recently she contacted students about the teaching changes for Level 3 and the students said “who are you?” Oops. So it’s time to make sure you all know a lot more about Val, because you’ll be hearing a lot more from her soon.
Level 3 in Los Angeles 2011
Evette and I have asked Val to teach the upcoming Level 3 course in LA area, August 21-Sept 3,2011. This decision was made for a number of reasons; partly personal for us (reducing our time spent out of Vanuatu), partly business (we want more local Level 3 teachers instead of just Evette and I traveling). And most importantly it’s because Val is ready, willing, able and over-qualified to do it.
Val becomes our second Level 3 instructor after Azaris in Norway. Val is the first English language instructor and is available to teach Level 3 courses in the USA, UK and elsewhere.
Introducing Val, the General Manager of RPT
Val Moore has been the general managing of Reference Point Therapy for the last 2 years. She has worked continuously to grow and promote Reference Point Therapy. She has provided support and guidance to the RPT teachers and graduates.
Val has been a healing arts professional for over ten years. She has been a teacher, practitioner and master of many modalities during those ten years. Upon entering the healing arts she applied her intuitive abilities and her IT background to developing a repository of mind-body information in the form of beliefs and emotional states as they relate to disease.
In 2005, Val published Healer Wisdom, an encyclopedic reference manual about the emotional states that contribute to different diseases. It was through this amazing reference work that I first met Val (I was the Australian distributor for the book, selling hundreds of copies to very happy customers).
Before coming to the healing arts Val worked in corporate finance and IT for Sun, Apple, and Hewlett-Packard before becoming an Internet IT consultant.
Val is the consummate teacher. She comes to teaching with a wealth of experience in facilitating transformations made with Reference Point Therapy. Her love and passion for Reference Point Therapy is evident in her teaching style. She works to connect with the skills and abilities of the students and adjusts the course instruction as needed. Val’s commitment to teaching a course doesn’t stop once a student leaves the classroom. She provides the support needed to be a successful practitioner by creating course follow up webinars and coaching as needed.
